一起美国瓦斯爆炸事故行为原因及控制方法研究

摘　　要：通过研究一起美国瓦斯爆炸事故引发原因,以"行为安全2-4模型"为理论依据,从事故不安全动作原因,习惯性行为原因以及组织行为原因3个方面对事故进行了深入分析。分析得到了引起该事故的6个主要不安全动作以及对应的习惯性行为,得出导致事故的组织行为原因为4种安全管理制度的欠缺或执行不到位。针对事故引发的原因,从完善和落实安全管理制度、有针对性进行安全培训、纠正员工的不安全动作3个方面提出了预防措施。To reveal the causation of a gas explosion accident in America,the causes of unsafe acts,habits and organizational behavior are analyzed based on the behavior safety 2- 4 model. We find that there are six major unsafe acts and habitual behaviors and the organizational behavior causes are four defects in safety management system. Based on our study,improving and implementing the safety management system,strengthening targeted safety training and modifying the unsafe acts of employees are proposed as preventive measures.
