摘　　要：为满足对有毒、易燃的肼类危险化学品泄漏情况进行快速检测的要求,提出一种便携式肼气体检测仪的设计,可用于肼以及以肼为主要成分的各种推进剂贮存、使用过程中的泄漏检测。采用肼标准气对该检测仪进行测试,并进行了声光报警功能测试、高低温试验、振动试验、模拟运输振动试验、充放电试验和安全性能测试,各项试验结果表明该检测仪的各项性能指标满足在肼气体存在环境中安全、快速,准确检测肼气体的要求。In order to meet the requirements of rapidly detecting the leakage of hydrazine which is a sort of toxic and flammable dangerous chemicals, the design of portable hydrazine gas detector is proposed. It is used for detecting the leakage of hydrazine or other propellant in which hydrazine takes a great part during the process of storing and operation. The standard hydrazine gas is used to test the detector and the functional test of light-sound alarm, high and low temperature test, vibration test, simulated transport vibration test, charge-discharge test and safety performance test are completed. The test result shows that each performance of the gas detector can meet the requirement of detecting the hydrazine rapidly, safely and accurately in the environment that hydrazine gas existed in.
