摘　　要：以梅山钢渣为原料,配以自制的胶凝材料,研制钢渣轻质免烧免蒸砖。试验结果表明:钢渣级配G3,掺量为72%、膨胀珍珠岩掺量为10%、GA型胶凝材料掺量为18%、比重等级为1.8 g/cm3的条件下,制得的轻质免烧免蒸砖抗压强度达25.7 MPa,且制品的其它性能满足GB5101-2003及GB6566-2001的要求。Research is conducted on making burning-free and steam curing-free light-weight bricks with Mei shan steel slag as the raw material and the self -made cementing agent. The results show that with the density grade G3, 72% steel slag, 10% expanded per/ite and 18% GA cementing material, burning-free and steam curing-free brick products have the compressive strength of 25.7 MPa. The products also meet the requirements of GB5101-2003 and GB566-2001 on other performances respectively.
