摘　　要：目的探讨耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2010年1月至2014年2月在耳内镜下行鼓膜置管术治疗的慢性分泌性中耳炎138例(156耳)的临床疗效。结果治愈118例,好转10例,总有效率为92.75%。结论耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗分泌性中耳炎与传统额镜置管相比,操作简单,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To analye the therapeutic effects of myringotomy supplemented with grom- met insertion under ear endoscope on patients with secretory otitis media. Methods A retrospective study was made among 138 cases（156 ears） with secretory otitis media treated by grommet insertion from Jan 2010 to Feb 2014. Results Among 138 cases,liB cases cured,10 cases better. The toatal effective rate was 92.75 %. Conclusion This therapy is simple and effective for the treatment of secretory otitis media, and it is worth promoting.
