摘 要:目的:评价乳腺动态EIS技术对早期乳腺癌的检测敏感度,分析其临床技术优势。方法:对入组的67例对象进行乳腺动态EIS检测,分析不同临床体征(大小、位置、硬度)乳腺病变对检测敏感度的影响。结果:动态EIS对病变直径〈1.0cm及1~2.0cm的检测敏感度为85.0%及87.2%,对位于乳头乳晕区、乳腺外、内侧象限病变的敏感度为75.0%、88.9%及87.5%,对囊、实性病变敏感度为83.3%和88.3%。结论:该技术具有对组织功能性变化敏感检测的优势,有望用于乳腺癌早期筛查。Objective: to evaluate the sensitivity of the dynamic EIS technology for early breast cancer detection, furthermore to analyze its clinic technology advantages.Methods: 67 cases of breast cancer were detected by the dynamic EIS, and the inlfuences of different clinical characteristics lesions (size, position and hardness) on the detection sensitivity were analyzed.Results: For the diameters of the lesions were 〈1.0cm and 1-2.0cm, detection sensitivities of dynamic EIS were 85.0% and 87.2%. For the lesions located on the nipple areola, lateral and inside, the sensitivities was 75.0%, 88.9% and 87.5%. For the cystic and solid lesions, the sensitivities were 83.3% and 88.3% respectively.Conclusion: the dynamic EIS technique has the advantage of the sensitivity to the change of tissue function, and is expected to be used for early breast cancer screening.
