摘　　要：主轴风机轴承振动值偏高会对设备和烧结生产造成严重影响，通过对振动值偏高原因的分析，总结出不同原因情况下的处理方法，可以保证主抽风机的安全运行，为烧结正常生产打下坚实的设备基础。A relatively high vibration value of main exhauster beating will generate severe influence on the equipment and sintering production. By analyzing the reason of high vibration value, work out various treating methods so as to guarantee the safe operation of the main exhauster. It provides a solid equipment foundation for normal sintering production.
