摘　　要：将全站仪高科技测量仪器及垫板反座浆方法应用到板坯连铸机扇形段底座的安装中，该技术及工艺先进，安装过程简单，缩短了安装工期，确保了扇形段底座对弧的准确性，为设备正常运行提供了坚实的基础。The high-tech total station measuring instrument and anti-block slurry method for shim plate are applied to the installation of the segment base for slab caster. This process is an advanced technology with simple installing progress. As the result, the installing period is shortened and arc alignment accuracy of the segment base is guaranteed. It provides a solid foundation for the normal operation of the equipment.
