摘　　要：从精磨液种类和产品结构方面入手，对镀锌层局部精磨后在库存7-30d后出现的腐蚀现象进行原因分析。通过选择合适的精磨液、改善后续包装、调整镀锌工艺流程等手段，有效解决了镀锌产品局部精磨后的腐蚀问题。The reasons of corrosion for partially fine-ground zinc coating after storing for 7-30 days were analyzed from the aspects of grinding solution and product structure. The corrosion problem of zinc-plated product after partially fine grinding was effectively solved through selecting suitable grinding solution, improving subsequent package, and modifying zinc plating process flow.
