首席信息官领导力对IT双元创新影响的实证研究

摘　　要：移动互联、云计算和大数据等新兴信息技术的推广应用,标志着IT创新已经进入新的时代。首席信息官(简称CIO)作为企业中负责信息化的最高级别领导,其关键角色的领导力对企业IT创新具有重要影响。文章收集了119家企业的实证数据,通过结构方程模型分析发现,CIO关键角色的领导力包括三个维度,即技术领导力、信息领导力和战略领导力。上述三种领导力对探索式IT创新和利用式IT创新的影响显著不同。此外,企业的IT愿景对上述关系的调节作用呈现显著差异。The wide application of emerging information technologies like mobile Internet, cloud computing and big data indicates that a new era of IT innovation has arrived. As the top leader responsible for IT, Chief Information Officers （CIO） possesses the leadership of critical roles which has an important impact on organizational ambidexterity of IT innovation. This re- search collected empirical data from 119 firms and analyzed the data with structural equation model method. Results re- vealed that the leadership of CIO critical roles includes three dimensions, i.e., technical leadership, informational leader- ship and strategic leadership, which have significantly different impacts on explorative and exploitative IT innovations. Furthermore, IT vision has different moderating effects on the relationship between CIO role leadership and IT innovation.
