摘　　要：目的 分析鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的疗效。方法 对36例鼻中隔偏曲患者行鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术。结果 术后随访3∽6个月,34例治愈,2例好转;无鼻中隔煽动、外鼻塌陷发生。结论 鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术安全有效,术后并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective To analyse the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic surgery for deviation of nasal septum with three lines tension relaxing correction. Methods 36 patients with deviation of nasal septum were treated by nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty. Results Followed up from 3-6 months after endoscopic septoplasty. There were 34 cases cured and 2 cases improved. No nasal septum flapped or external nasal collapsed. Conclusions The treatment for deviation of nasal septum with nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty is safe and effective, with less complications. It is worth popularizing.
