摘　　要：传染科是一个在特殊环境下工作的群体,危险性高。长期处于特殊环境氛围,在各种传染病的救治抢救中,承担着较大的精神压力。护理人员在工作中不但要有高度的防护意识,职业防护能力,还要防止自身感染。由于护理人员匮乏,干的多回报少,护理工作强度大,医院对护理质量要求提高,使护士在工作中压力大,加重了她们的心理负担。Department of infectious diseases is a work in the special environment of high risk groups. In the special environment of long-term treatment, in the treatment of various infectious diseases, bear great mental pressure. Nursing staff should not only have a high degree of awareness of protection, occupation protection ability, but also to prevent its infection.
