摘　　要：介绍某大型综合性医院临床路径实施中在组织管理、过程管理、培训教育、信息化建设、质量评价、考核激励等方面采取的措施和取得的效果。实施临床路径后,医疗服务效率进一步提高,不合理医疗费用得到控制,医疗质量与安全持续改进。The article introduced the clinical general hospital from the following aspects： Organiza pathway management measures and application effect in large tion and management, procedure management, training and teaching, information construction, quality evaluation, appraisal and inspiration, etc. Clinical pathway has im- proved the medical efficiency, controlled the medical expenses, and guaranteed the medical quality.
