平战结合医疗设备操作标准与规范的应用

摘　　要：目的通过临床和机动分队仪器设备操作使用标准与规范的制定,提高军队医院医务人员对仪器设备的操纵能力和平战转换医疗护理效果。方法将医院临床与机动分队有关的仪器设备,包括野战方舱设备归纳分类,制定标准操作手册,以"一机一卡"形式进行规范,同时采取分层施训的培训机制。结果手册及流程卡的应用,方便医务人员操作,提高临床和野战条件下卫勤保障工作质量和效率,减少不良事件的发生。Objective To improve the operation capability and medical treatment and nursing effects of medical staff in military hospital during the transition from peacetime to wartime through the formulation of operation standard of medical equipment in clinical and mobile unit. Methods To make a summary and classification of clinical and mobile unit instruments and equipment, as well as field cabin hospital, and formulate operation stand- ard handbook. Taking the training mechanism according to different level. Results The application of handbook and process card provided convenience for medical workers, and improved the clinical and field medical support quality and efficiency, and reduced the occurrence of adverse events.
