摘　　要：为探索军队医院药学部门设置行政助理的新模式,本院药学部通过自愿申请、民主测评和支委会讨论在药学部内选拔1名工作5年以上、有较强行政管理能力的老员工成为行政助理,并制定详细的岗位职责;同时将设置行政助理前后的员工和医患满意度进行比较。结果显示设置行政助理岗位后医患和员工满意度均提高。军队医院药学部门设置行政助理通过优化人力资源配置,有效提高医患和员工满意度。In order to explore the new pattern that pharmacy department of military hospital sets up the po- sition of administrative assistances, we chose volunteers who have a strong administration management ability and over five years experiences. The abilities of volunteers were assessed and discussed. The minute responsibilities were formulated. And then the satisfaction of employees, doctors and patients were compared with the time before setting an administrative assistance. The results showed： the degree of satisfaction increased largely, which indica- ted that Pharmacy Department of military hospital post administrative assistances can optimize the human resource allocation and improve satisfaction of personnel and physician- patient.
