摘  要:随着部队军医任职教育的不断发展,传统以理论授课为主的军医短期培训班,很难适应快速发展的军医任职教育,教学模式的呆板和滞后很难满足军医培训班中学员能力水平的提高。建议在传统医师培训班的教学模式基础上,将临床导师制引入到教学培养中,进行课堂外、贴近临床实践的新教学模式改革,以期提高教学和培养效果,达到短期医师培训班提高医师临床救治能力的目标。With the development of post education of military surgeon, traditional short training course based on theories teaching worked hard to adapt to the rapid development of medical post education. The stiff teach- ing mode can't meet the demands of improving capabilities of military surgeon. The author proposed some sugges- tions that the clinical tutorial should be introduced into the teaching training on the basis of the traditional medical training course. The reform of the new teaching mode of closing to the clinical practice outside of classroom could improve the effect of teaching and achieve the target of improving the doctors' ability of clinical treatment.
