涉核人员在疗养期间的健康教育实践

摘　　要：通过对涉核人员进行普遍教育、随机教育和个性化教育相结合的方式,从健康教育计划设计、健康教育基本流程、健康教育基本内容、健康教育效果评价入手,帮助涉核人员减缓心理压力、改变不良的生活习惯、全面促进身心健康。健康教育使涉核人员对核辐射防护知识有基本了解,减轻心理压力,培养良好的生活习惯,树立战胜疾病的信心;达到涉核人员"疗养一期,受益终身"的目的。Establishing the education mode of universal random and individualized for personnel involved in nuclear environment. The main works included designing plan, basic process, basic content and effect evalua- tion of health education. The aims were to slow down the psychological pressure, change the bad living habits, and comprehensively promote physical and mental health personnel involved in nuclear environment. Health education makes the personnel involved in nuclear environment know the basic knowledge of radiation protection, reduce the psychological pressure, cultivate good living habits, and set up the confidence to conquer the disease. All the measures achieved the purpose of ＂treatment for a period, benefit for life＂.
