摘　　要：目的通过监控军人医疗费用,规范诊疗行为。方法借助军人费用审核系统平台,根据系统设置诊疗行为规则,统计、分析违规情况。结果军人诊疗过程中存在保障卡不匹配、数据不完整、药品使用超标等问题,通过采取整改措施,军人合理医疗得到保障。结论监控军人费用发生使用情况,可以优化流程,规范诊疗行为,军人费用投向使用更为合理。Objective To normalize the treatment behaviors by monitoring the medical expenditures of ser- viceman. Methods By using the system platform for medical expenditure audit of the serviceman, to set up the treatment behaviors regulation, to count and analyze the irregularities. Results The existing problems include the mismatch between the actual and support information card, the incomplete of the data, and the overweight of drug use. The rational medical care of serviceman is assured by the rectifying and reform measures. Condusions The monitoring on medical expenditure of serviceman is beneficial to optimize service process, normalize the treatment behaviors, and promote the rational deployment of military medical expenditures.
