城市风貌特色研究内涵与控制研究——以遵义市中心城区城市风貌专项设计为例

摘　　要：针对越来越突出的城市"同一化"问题,部分城市开展了城市风貌特色的研究和提炼,并进行了城市风貌规划的编制。该文以遵义市中心城区城市风貌专项设计为例,从遵义市城市历史格局演变和文化内涵来分析和提炼城市特色,结合"一山一水一会址"的城市总体风貌特色空间意象,从区域规划、专项规划和风貌元素提取等方面提出遵义市中心城区的风貌规划和控制措施,使遵义的城市风貌得到较大转变和提升。To tackle the problem of ＂uniformity＂, the study on city scape and urban features is carried out in some cities, with city scape planning compiled. Based on the special design for city scape of the downtown area in Zunyi, the urban features of Zunyi are analyzed and summarized from the aspects of its historical development and cultural connotation. Combined with the overall urban feature of ＂one mountain, one river and one meeting place＂, the city scape design and control measures for the downtown area of Zunyi are presented from such aspects as regional planning, special item planning and scape element, in hope of greatly improving and promoting the city scape of Zunyi.
