摘  要:目的观察皮肤病理性瘢痕及Smad蛋白和基因的表达情况。方法所有标本来源于2010年4月~2014年4月在我院行瘢痕切除患者和招募的正常志愿者共136例,其中瘢痕疙瘩组47例,增生性瘢痕组44例,正常皮肤组共45例,对所有标本行RT-PCR及流式细胞学检测并分析检测结果。结果从Smad3、TGF-β1基因及其表达情况来看,瘢痕疙瘩组和增生性瘢痕组均高于正常皮肤组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 Smad3和TGF-β1的表达是增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩的重要特征。Objective To observe expressions of Smad gene and protein in skin pathological scar. Methods Every ex-perimental samples were obtained from 136 patients,who underwent scar resection or were recruited healthy people,from April 2010 to April 2014,including 47 patients with keloid,44 patients with hypertrophic scar,45 healthy people. Each sample was taken by RT-PCR and flow cytometry and results were analyzed. Results The expressions of Smad3 and TGF-β1 gene showd that keloid group and hypertrophic scar group were more than normal skin group,the differ-ences were significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expressions of Smad3 and TGF-β1 are important characters of hyper-trophic scar and keloid.
