摘　　要：目的针对临床偶见的EDTA抗凝剂引起的假性血小板减少病例,分析原因从中发现及找出能够纠正其减少的方法。方法对10例血细胞分析仪检测血小板低于50×109/L患者分别采用不同抗凝剂不同检测方法在不同时间段进行血小板测定。结果随着时间的推移,EDTA抗凝血的血小板测定值明显下降。结论如遇血小板减少应慎发报告,采用多种方法排除一切可能的影响,力求为临床医生的诊治提供准确、可靠的检验结果,避免由于血小板假性减少导致的误诊、误治。Objective To analyze the reasons of pseudothrombocytopenia and find out the methods to avoid the reduc-tion with regard to the rare clinical cases of pseudothrombocytopenia induced by EDTA anticoagulant. Methods Platelet assay was performed with different anticoagulant, with different methods and at different periods for 10 patients whose platelets were lower than 50＆#237;109/L tested by hematology analyzer. Results With the time going by, the measured value of platelets of the EDTA anticoagulant significantly reduced. Conclusion In the case of thrombocytopenia, reports should be sent cautiously. Multiple methods need to be applied to exclude all possible influences, so as to provide ac-curate and reliable test results for clinical doctors, and to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment caused by pseudothrom-bocytopenia.
