摘 要:综合考虑流域规划、污水处理厂建设等多方面的影响因素,建立了流域规划城镇污水处理厂建设方案的多目标综合评价指标体系,制定了评价标准和指标计算方法,并采用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,构建出流域规划城镇污水处理厂建设方案的评估模型,对流域规划中各类方案的优选和评估有一定的借鉴意义,同时为解决规划方案多目标综合评价问题提供了重要基础。Considering the influence of various f actors, such as river basin planning sewage treatment plant construction,multi-objective comprehensive evaluation index system of the basin planning urban sewage treatment plant construction scheme has been constructed, evaluation standard and index calculation method have been formulated. The weight of each index has been determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and finally the evaluation model of the basin planning urban sewage treatment plant construction scheme has been constructed. It has great significance for optimization and evaluation of the various schemes of river basin planning, and provides an important foundation for the multi object comprehensive evaluation problem of river basin planning.
