摘　　要：新生代农民工是我国现代化建设的主力,该群体的良性发展有助于现代化建设的顺利开展。当前,新生代农民工在融入城市社会的过程中面临着各种各样的社会关系难题。文章综合社会资本分类方法,将新生代农民工社会关系分为私人关系、组织关系和制度关系,结合社会资本理论具体分析新生代农民工面临的三种社会关系现状,提出打破户籍制度壁垒、培育工会等载体、动员社会力量和依靠自身提升等完善路径以供参考。The new generation of migrant workers is the main force for modernization construction in China, and their sound development contributes to the smooth development of modernization. Currently, the new generation of migrant workers faces various difficulties in blending into urban society. It devided the social relationship of the new generation of migrant workers into three types ： personal relationship, membership relationship and institutional relationship. It holds that it is necessary to break out the barrier of the household registration system, to set up labor unions, and to mobilize the social forces to promote different kinds of social capital.
