摘 要:建立加热器压力对机组热经济性影响的物理模型,分析加热器热力参数之间的恒等关系,并利用恒等关系对常见的加热器基本模型进行了讨论。该文基于热力系统结构矩阵理论,通过严格的数学推演,提出了在机组定流量和定功率两种条件下,加热器压力对机组汽耗率变化定量计算的通用数学模型,并对这两种通用数学模型之间的相互转换关系进行了分析。该模型具有通用性强,适于程序化的特点,不仅为编制通用的热力系统计算软件提供了依据,而且为火电机组的节能降耗定量分析提供了新的理论基础。以某1 030MW机组为算例,通过与常规热平衡法计算结果对比,验证了该数学模型的准确性。A physical model is established for the influence of feed-water heater pressure on the thermal efficiency of unit, analyzing the identical relation between the parameters of heater. Then the identical relation is applied to discussing common heater models. Based on structural matrix theory of the thermodynamic system, a calculation model for the influence of heater pressure on steam rate of unit is respectively proposed by strict deduction and demonstration under the condition of constant flow and constant power. The transformational relationship is discovered between two kinds of general mathematical models as mentioned above. This model is universal and suitable for programming. It can not only offer possibility to program general thermal dynamic calculation. What is more, it provides new method for coal-fired power unit' s thermal dynamic energy-saving analysis especially for partial quantitative analysis. Taken a 1 030 MW unit as an example, the accuracy of the proposed method is verified compared with the results of conventional heat balance method.
