摘 要:一般在汽轮机通流部分结构设计时,仅考虑各部件自身的气动性能,而忽略部件之间气动性能的相互影响。用数值模拟的方法对国内两种超临界机组的低压缸第一级进行了气动计算,发现不同的联通管和蜗壳对级效率有显著的影响,两者之差达1.8%左右。研究表明,在设计联通管和蜗壳等无叶通道结构时,应对二者的气动性能进行综合考虑,使无叶通道和叶栅通道结构相匹配。Designing the flow passage of steam turbine,people usually concentrate on the aerodynamic performance of single part but ignore mutual influence between parts~ The first stage of low pressure cylinder of two different Chinese in-service supercritical unit was analyzing in a method of numerical simulation in this paper,as a result, the structure of communicating pipe and spiral case may have significant effect on the stage efficiency, and the difference of stage efficiency between two models is about 1.8%. This paper shows that the flow properties of cascade passage and non-vane passage should be comprehensively considered to make this two parts mutual matching when we design the structure of non-vane passage sueh as communicating pipe and spiral case.
