摘 要:为了掌握ZG1Cr10Mo VNb N钢的强化机理及长时组织稳定性,采用Olympus-PMG3型光学显微镜、VEGA TESCAN型扫描电镜、FEI Tecnai G2 F30型透射电镜对钢的高温长时持久性能试样进行了组织分析。结果表明,(1)钢采用马氏体强化、固溶强化、沉淀析出强化、晶界或亚晶界等4种机制复合强化;(2)经过持久试验后,M23C6等第二相粒子均有所长大;(3)应力对于第二相粒子的长大有明显的促进作用;(4)钢在高温长时试验条件下,由于析出了有害的粗大Laves相,钢的长时蠕变持久强度会有所降低。In order to grasp the strengthening mechanism and long term structure stability of the ZGICrl0MoVNbN steel, micro structure analysis is done for elevated temperature long term stress rupture test specimens for the steel, using Olympus-PMG3 optical microscope, VEGA TESCAN SEM, FEI Tecnai G2 F30 TEM. The results show that, ( 1 ) comibination strengthening mechnisms including martensitic hardening, solution hardening, precipitation or dispersion hardening, boundary or sub-boundery hardening are used for the steel; ( 2 ) 'after stress rupture test, all the second phases such as M23C6 is grown up; (3)the stess promotes the growing up of the second phases; (4)because of precipitaing large Laves phase after elevated long term test conditions, the stress rupure strength of the steel would be decreased.
