《黄帝内经》与《四部医典》放血方法探析

摘　　要：放血疗法是各传统医学内病外治的重要手段之一。通过分析中医学和藏医学经典著作即《黄帝内经》与《四部医典》中放血指征、放血工具和操作方法的特点,指出了两种医学不尽相同的放血指征,阐明了不同放血工具的种类和理论根据,详述了不同放血方法选择的依据,为中藏医放血疗法的相互借鉴与融合提供了一定的理论支撑。Bloodletting therapy is one of the important methods in various traditional medicines. By analyzing the features of bloodletting indicators, apparatuses and methods recorded by the classics of traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine, i.e. Huang Di Nei Jing （Internal Canon of Yellow Emperor） and Si Bu Yi Dian （Four Medical Tantras）, this article pointed out the different indexes for bloodletting therapy in the two traditional medicine systems, elucidated the varied apparatuses and theories, as well as the evidences for selecting different bloodletting methods, providing theoretical supports for sharing and combining the bloodletting methods of the two traditional medicine systems.
