摘  要:为了在设计阶段让船舶的振动得到很好地控制,结合74.98 m秋刀鱼/鱿鱼钓船的结构特点,分别从方案设计阶段和技术设计阶段总结了船体振动控制的内容和方法,并对其进行了相应的预报。在方案设计阶段,对船上主要激励进行特征分析,预报螺旋桨水动力激励及其引起船体艉部振动的程度,并运用经验公式预报船体总体振动的低阶固有频率,分析其是否共振;在技术设计阶段,通过建立三维有限元模型分析船体局部结构的振动特性,对不满足频率储备要求的结构,提出相应结构减振的修改措施。结果表明,修改后的船体结构有利于避免船体有害振动的出现,同时可供类似船舶设计参考借鉴。Substances and methods of hull vibration control are overviewed and the vibration is predicted from the scheme design and technical design as well as structural characteristics of the vessel in a 74.98 m saury/squid fish- ing vessel in order to control the ship vibration at the design stage. At the stage of scheme design, the main excita- tion frequency is calculated, as well as the hydrodynamic excitation of propeller and the stern vibration caused by propeller. The ship hull vibration frequency is predicted by empirical formula to determine whether they avoid reso- nance. At the stage of technical design, the vibration characteristics of partial structures are analyzed by a 3-D finite element model technology. A revised project is proposed to reduce the harmful vibration effectively when the natural frequency of a structure does not meet the need of preserve. The findings indicate that the harmful hull vibration is likely to be avoided by the revising, providing reference with ship design for similar shipform.
