摘  要:采用燃烧温度测试系统测量了0.2、0.4、1.4和3.1MPa下含硼富燃烧料推进剂的一次燃烧温度,利用最小自由能法研究了压强对含硼富燃料推进剂一次燃烧产物组分的影响,用扫描电镜对不同压强下一次燃烧产物凝聚相的形貌进行了表征。结果表明,含硼富燃料推进剂一次燃烧产物中含硼产物主要以B2O3、B4C、BN、B、B2O2(g)和HBO(g)的形式存在,压强较低时,燃烧产物中单质硼和B4C含量较高,硼的反应率较低;随着压强的升高,燃烧产物中单质硼和B4C含量大幅降低,B2O3含量增加,说明压强升高有利于提高硼的反应率和硼燃烧的热量释放。B2O2(g)、HBO(g)和MgCl2(g)的含量随压强的升高而增加,HCl(g)含量随压强升高而降低,H2(g)含量则保持稳定。燃烧压强越高,凝聚相产物分散性越好,平均粒度越小。The primary combustion temperature of the boron-based fuel-rich propellant was tested by the testing system of combustion temperature under pressures of 0.2,0.4,1.4 and 3.1 MPa.The Gibbs principle of minimum free energy was used to study the influence of the combustion pressure on the components and the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)was used to observe the morphology characteristics of primary combustion products of the boron based fuel-rich propellant.The products in the primary combustion of boron-based fuel-rich propellant were B2O3 , B4 C,BN,B,B2 O2 (g)and HBO(g).The contents of B and B4 C were relatively higher under low pressure and the reaction rate of B was fairly low.The contents of B and B4 C decrease obviously with the increase of the combustion pressure while the content of B2 O3 increases,showing that increasing the combustion pressure is beneficial to improve the reaction rate of B and the heat release of boron combustion.The contents of B2 O2 (g),HBO(g)and MgCl2 (g)increase with increase of the combustion pressure while the content of HCl(g)decreases continuously. The content of H2 (g)is not influenced by the combustion pressure.The SEM results show that the higher the combustion pressure,the better the dispersibility of the condensed-phase products,and the smaller the particle size becomes.
