摘　　要：介绍了数值模拟技术在玻纤池窑生产中的应用,主要包括玻纤窑炉熔制过程、玻璃纤维成形过程、原丝筒绕线过程等的数值模拟研究。对单元烘干炉以及废气处理的吸收塔进行数值模拟,并将模拟结果与实际生产情况进行对比,对比结果显示数值模拟对实际生产有很好的指导作用。Numerical simulation technology was used in glass fiber production by direct-meh process, including numerical simulations for glass melting process, glass fiber forming process and fiber cake winding process as well as for cake drying oven and desulfurizing tower in waste gas treating system. The comparison of the simulation results with the actual production data showed that the numerical simulation results were very directive for actual production.
