摘 要:阐述了用天然无水石膏替代无水芒硝作为玻璃澄清剂的澄清机理及其配合料的澄清差异。研究表明,无水石膏与无水芒硝的澄清机理类似,但反应的温度阶段及剧烈程度有明显差异。无水芒硝易熔化,分解温度较高,但分解反应速度较快,用它澄清时易形成较多泡沫;而无水石膏难熔化,分解温度较低,但分解速度较慢,用它澄清时不易形成泡沫。从配合料的澄清效果来看,含无水石膏的配合料整体上要略优于含无水芒硝的配合料。The refining mechanism of natural anhydrite instead of thenardite and the different clarification effects of their batches are expounded. The results show that the refining mechanism of anhydrite and thenardite are similar, but their reaction temperature phases and intensity are obviously different. Thenardite is easy to melt, and due to its higher decomposition temperature and faster decomposition rate, it is easy to form bubbles, while anhydrite is hard to melt and not easy to form bubbles because of its lower decomposition temperature and slower decomposition rate. Viewed from the clarification effects of their batches, anhydrite is slightly better than thenardite.
