唐山市玉田县居民超重肥胖现状及其对血压的影响

摘　　要：目的了解唐山市玉田县居民的体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、腰围(waist circumference,WC)、内脏脂肪指数(visceral adiposity index,VAI)、腰围身高比(waist-to-hight ratio,WHtR)、身体脂肪率的一般信息及超重/肥胖患病现状,并探讨超重/肥胖对血压的影响。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,在唐山市玉田县抽取1 900人,通过现场调查方式收集调查对象年龄、性别、血压、身高、WC、体重、身体脂肪率、VAI等信息进行统计学分析。结果最终可用分析调查者1 869人(98.4%),BMI超重645人(34.5%)、肥胖336人(18.0%)、WC指标中心型肥胖1 037(55.5%)、VAI≥10者790人(42.3%)、WHtR≥0.5者1 145人(61.3%)、身体脂肪率肥胖590人(31.6%);不同超重/肥胖指标均值受年龄、性别影响,不同指标超重/肥胖率间差异有统计学意义;多因素Logistic分析显示BMI≥28 kg/m2、WHtR≥0.5、中年、老年、VAI≥10、身体脂肪率超重/肥胖都是本地区居民高血压患病的危险因素。结论调查地居民超重/肥胖率处于较高水平,不同指标判断超重/肥胖患病现状存在差异;BMI、WHtR、年龄、VAI、身体脂肪率均与高血压患病相关。Oajective To investigate the prevalence of overweight/obesity and its effect on blood pressure among residents in Yutian country of Tangshan City. Methods Multistage stratified random sampling method was used to select1 900 people. Information of age,sex,blood pressure,height,waist circumference,body weight,body fat rate,visceral adiposity index were statistically analyzed. Results The final data available of the survey included 1 869 people（ 98. 4%）. 645（ 34. 5%） people had overweight,336（ 18. 0%） people had obesity,1 037（ 55. 5%） people had central obesity,790（ 42. 3%） had central obesity at VAI ≥ 10,1 145（ 61. 3%） had central obesity at WHtR ≥ 0. 5,590（ 31. 6%） had body fat rate of obesity. The mean value of different indicators were affected by gender and age. There was differences between the indicators of overweight / obesity. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI ≥ 28 kg / m2,WHtR ≥ 0. 5,Middle- aged,elderly,VAI ≥ 10,body fat rate overweight or obesity were risk factors of hypertension. Conclusions Residents in the region have higher rates of overweight / obesity,Overweight / obesity of diagnosis varies in different diagnostic indicators. BMI,WHtR,age,VAI,body fat rate are related to hypertension.
