浦东新区社区卫生服务中心公用经费补偿方案的实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析浦东新区社区卫生服务中心公用经费补偿方案的实施效果。方法收集2010—2013年浦东新区45所社区卫生服务中心公用经费支出、医疗卫生服务数量、房屋建筑面积、设备金额和人员数等数据,分析公用经费的变化趋势。结果浦东新区社区卫生服务中心的公用经费控制良好,各机构间的公用经费变异程度缩小,部分公用经费项目支出的增长快速值得关注,公用经费补偿方案仍需调整。结论浦东新区社区卫生服务中心公用经费补偿方案的实施取得一定效果。OBJECTIVE To analyze the implementation effect of payment model for operating expenses in community health centers of Pudong New Area. METHODS Data of operating expenses, health care service, built-up area, equipment cost and number of person- nel of 45 community health service centers in Pudong New Area were collected, and the trends of operating expenses was analyzed. RESULTS The public expenses in community health centers of Pudong New Area were well controlled, and the variation of public expenses between community health service centers reduced. However, the rapid growing of some items of operating expenses should be concerned, and the model needed to be revised. CONCLUSION The implementation of the payment model for operating expenses in community health centers of Pudong New Area has achieved certain effects.
