2010—2014年广西农村学校突发公共卫生事件流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的 了解掌握2010—2014年广西农村学校突发公共卫生事件发生强度和性质等流行病学特征,为制定防控策略和措施提供依据。方法 采用描述性流行病学的方法描述和分析2010—2014年广西农村学校突发公共卫生事件的流行病学相关信息。结果 2010—2014年广西累计报告农村学校突发公共卫生事件313起,以传染病事件为多（283起,占90.42%）,其中水痘（86起）、流行性腮腺炎（60起）;其次为食物中毒（26起,占8.31%）,食物中毒呈夏季高发;事件数最多的地区分别是南宁市（93起）、河池市（57起）和桂林市（36起）。每年4~6月份和10~12月份是突发公共卫生事件的高发期（235起,75.08%）;事件分级以一般事件为主（285起,占91.05%）,其次为未分级事件（25起）。结论 广西农村学校突发公共卫生事件是广西突出的公共卫生问题,尤以发生在农村小学的突发传染病事件为主,应加强农村学校突发公共卫生事件的防控和监测。OBJECTIVE Understanding of rural schools in Guangxi from 2010 to 2014 public health emergencies happen epidemiological characteristics, properties, such as strength and to provide evidence for prevention and control strategies and measures. MERHODS Adopt the method of descriptive epidemiology description and analysis of rural schools in guangxi from 2010 to 2014 public health emergencies related information of epidemiology. RESULTS It reported 313 Cases of emergencies in rural schools of Guangxi from 2010 to 2014, with multiple infectious disease events （283 cases, 90.42%）, including chicken pox （86）, mumps （60）; followed by food poisoning （26. 8.31%）, high incidence of food poisoning in summer; Event area, respectively, the maximum number of nanning （93）, Hechi City （57）, （36） in guilin. Every year between April and June and public health emergencies is 10 to 12 month period （235, 75.08%）; event classification is given priority to with general events （285 cases, 91.05%）, followed by the unrated events （25）. CONCLUSION Rural schools in Guangxi is a public health emergency in Guangxi outstanding public health problems, especially to have occurred in rural primary school of infectious disease emergency was given priority, should strengthen the rural school of public health emergency prevention and control and monitoring.
