我国劳动力就业结构与产业结构相关性及协调性分析

摘　　要：劳动力就业结构与产业结构协调发展关系到我国经济发展的质量和速度,是我国国民经济健康发展的重要保证。本文对我国就业结构与产业结构关系进行定量分析,应用相关系数和结构偏差系数定量化研究我国劳动力就业结构与产业结构的不协调程度,结合现阶段我国劳动力和经济增长的需求提出协调劳动力就业结构与产业结构的对策:保障劳动力在各产业之间的自由流动,劳动力就业结构的调整要协调与产业结构的关系,我国产业结构优化要促进三次产业内部行业的立体化。There is a close relationship between the industrial structure and employment structure coordination and the quality and speed of the development of national economy, the coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure is the important guarantee for the healthy development of the national economy. This paper makes a quantitative analysis on the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure in China, the introduction of the correlation coefficient and coefficient quantization structure deviation of industrial structure and employment structure coordination degree. And on the current requirements of the new norm of the economic development of our country, put forward the countermeasures of China＇ s industrial structure and employment structure coordination： Safeguard the free movement of labor between every industry, coordinate the relations with the labor employment structure and the industrial structure, promote the three internal industry stereo.
