摘 要:合成了一种新型聚二硫代氨基甲酸盐捕集剂,并考察了该捕集剂用于处理模拟含镉废水的实验效果,研究了捕集剂加入量、p H值以及搅拌时间等因素对镉离子捕集效果的影响,并考察了该捕集剂应用到实际电镀废水的捕集效果。结果表明,最佳处理条件为p H值3~9,50 g/L捕集剂的添加量为1.8 m L,搅拌时间为5 min。处理实际电镀废水时,无需调节p H,Cd(II)的去除率可达99.9%以上,剩余Cd(II)的浓度小于0.05 mg/L,成本低廉,处理效果好,满足国家最新电镀污染物排放标准GB 21900—2008的排放要求。A novel polymeric dithiocarbamate capturing agent was synthesized and used for the removal of Cd(Ⅱ) from wastewater. The effect of the dosage of capturing agent, pH, and mixing time on the capturing of Cd(Ⅱ) were studied. Furthermore,the performance of the capturing agent on the real electroplating wastewater with the coexistence of a variety of heavy metal ions was also studied. The results show that the optimum processing conditions were pH value 3 - 9, the dosage of 50 g/L of capturing agent 1.8 mL, mixing time 5 min. When the capturing agent was used in the real electroplating wastewater without adjusting pH,the removal rate of Cd(Ⅱ) is more than 99.9% ,the residual concentration of Cd(Ⅱ) is less than 0.05 mg/L. The cost of the processing is lower and the consequent effect is good enough to meet the national emission standard GB 21900-2008.
