摘 要:以N-(2-二甲氨基乙基)丙烯酰胺及11-溴代十一烷酸为主要原料合成了两性表面活性单体(2-丙烯酰胺基)乙基二甲基-11-十一烷酸溴化铵(AMQC11C),通过红外和核磁共振对其化学结构进行表征。通过紫外分光光度法测定其临界溶解温度(Kraff point),并采用酸碱滴定法确定其等电点,分别在酸性和碱性条件下测定AMQC11C的临界胶束浓度(CMC)、起泡性和泡沫稳定性以考察其表面活性与p H关系。结果表明,该表面活性单体AMQC11C,其Kraff点为9.7℃,等电点为7.40,在酸性和碱性条件下各参数相差不大,说明AMQC11C在较宽的p H范围内均具有良好的表面活性。The synthesis of amphiprotic surface active monomer (2-acrylamidoethyl) dimethyl-11-undecane acid ammonium bromide (AMQCn C) was prepared by using raw material of N-[ 2-(dimethylamino) ethyl] acrylamide and 11-bromoundecanoic acid. The chemical structure was characterized by IR and I H NMR. The Kraft point of AMQCn C was determined by UV spectrophtometry, the isoelectric point was measured with methods of acid-base titration, the critical micelle concentration (CMC), foaming and foam stability was determined in acidic and alkaline conditions to examine the relationship between surface activity and pH. The results show that the Kraft point of surface active monomer AMQC11 C is 9.7 ℃, the isoelectric point is 7.40, all the data didn' t appear to be much different both in acidic and alkaline conditions,this indicates AMQCn C has high surface activity in wide range of pH value.
