摘 要:以阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,以双乙烯酮为原料合成了乙酰乙酸乙酯(EAA),考察了催化剂种类、催化剂用量及回用性能对反应结果的影响。实验结果表明,在较佳反应条件下以阳离子交换树脂为催化剂可得到收率92%以上、纯度95%以上的产品,催化剂重复使用5次产品收率和纯度基本不变,该工艺克服了现有生产方法所产生的缺点。阳离子交换树脂可成为双乙烯酮酯化反应的主要催化剂。With solid acid as catalyst,ethyl aeetoacetate was synthesized by double Ketene. ,he validly, the dosage and the reuse performance of catalyst were examined. The results showed that under the better conditions with solid acid as catalyst the product yield can be reached more than 92% , and the purity can be reached more than 95 %. When the catalyst was reused for five times, the product yield and purity are basically unchanged. And the shortcomings of existed methods can be overcome. Solid acids can become the main catalyst for double ketene esterification.
