摘  要:为消除压氧过程中的安全隐患,通过技术改造,将2-1.67/150型氧压机改造为无水润滑氧压机,分析改造的可行性。利用增压法提高氧压机的吸入压力,进而增大氧压机的排气量,达到节能降耗的目的,介绍增压法改造的具体方案。从电能消耗和实际运行参数两方面阐述改造效果。In order to eliminate the safety risk clurmg oxygen compression p^u~, J~,--- compressor is technically reformed to the water-free lubrication oxygen compressor, and the feasibility of the said reform is analyzed. With boosting method, the suction pressure of the oxygen compressor and in turn its displacement are increased, and thus the energy consumption is decreased. Here, the specific scheme of boosting reform is briefed, and the reform effects are described from the consumption of electric energy and the actual operation parameters.
