摘　　要：介绍了一套基于J2EE技术平台和B/S结构的立项管理系统的开发过程。该系统实现了项目管理和审批的各项要求以及自动化对接上级系统等功能,从而提高了科研单位立项管理水平和工作效率,并加快科研信息化系统的建设。This paper introduces the development process of a project management information system based on J2EE platform and B/S structure. This system has realized the requirements of project management and approval and automated docking superior system function, so as to improve the level of project management and work efficiency on scientific research, and accelerate the construction of scientific research information system.
