摘 要:应用主成分分析、判别分析和聚类分析三种分析方法,分析6个不同地理群体大泷六线鱼Hexagrammos otakii的形态差异。结果表明:大泷六线鱼的形态差异体主要现在整体上。主成分分析结果显示:6个群体的大泷六线鱼形态差别在某种程度上由鱼体的纵向差异及尾部的形态差别引起。判别分析方程表明:6个群体的综合判别率为83.9%。聚类分析将6个群体的大泷六线鱼聚为两支,东港、长海县、瓦房店、旅顺,和青岛5个群体形态比较接近,成为一支,而大连黑石礁群体单独成支。Three types of analysis method including clustering analysis, principal component analysis and diseriminant analysis were used to analyze the morphological differences between six geographical populations of fat greenling Hexagrammos otakii. The results showed that the morphological differences of the fat greenling were primarily reflected in the whole body. Principal component analy- sis showed that the mainly differences were caused by the longitudinal differences and the caudal shape difference. The equation of discriminant analysis indicated that the total discriminant accuracy of these populations was 83.9%. The cluster analysis revealed that six populations were clustered into two branches, Dalian population alone, and the other five populations together.
