摘　　要：制定裁剪方案对于整个服装生产是尤为重要的。节约的裁剪方案能够缩减裁剪工时消耗,提高面料利用率,以及促进整个加工过程的连续性的提升。对于裁剪工程中,耗时较多的铺布和裁剪两个重要环节的工时消耗进行量化,有助于对不同方案进行比较。结合实际生产案例,对节约型裁剪方案的制定的一些原则进行分析探讨。Making cutting plan is particularly important for the garment production. Conservation-oriented plan can reduce cutting working hours consumption, improve utilization of material, and promote the continuous improvement of the entire process. Quantizing the spreading fabric and cutting consuming more working hours in the whole cutting process is helpful to find the merit of different programs. We will analyze and probe for some of the principles of conservation-oriented cutting plan combined with the actual production.
