摘　　要：为了研究建设项目压覆矿产资源的影响因素,加强矿产资源的保护和管理,利用资料分析和专家访问调查法获得10种影响因素,再运用匿名分组技术筛选出5种最重要的影响因素,采用层次分析法(AHP)来确定建设项目压覆矿产资源影响因素的权重。研究表明:建设项目压覆矿产资源重要影响因素包括压覆矿产资源品种及重要性、压覆查询、压覆面积与储量、压覆补偿和压覆税费。In order to study the influence factors of construction projects constructed over mineral resources, strengthen the protection and management of mineral resources, the paper uses data analysis and expert interview survey method to obtain 10 kinds of influence factors,then uses the Nominal Group Technique to filter out the 5 most important influence factors, uses analytic hierarchy process analysis method （AHP） to determine the weights of factors. The results show that the important influence factors of projects constructed over mineral resources includes the importance of constructed over mineral resources, the query, the area and reserves, compensation and tax of projects constructed over mineral resources.
