摘　　要：通过介绍高校贫困生档案的管理概况,分析贫困生档案的有效使用,认为针对高校贫困生档案信息建立的原则、内容和作用加以分析,使高校档案在贫困生励志教育工作中具有一定的意义。This paper describes the management of poor students file overview,analyses the effective use of the files of poor students The author believes that the file information for poor college students to establish the principles,contents and function,and to explore the inspirational poor students in the university archives the meaning of educational work.
