摘　　要：针对舰炮武器系统指挥流程优选问题,分析指挥效能以时效性和信息转移质量两个指标内涵,建立指挥效能分析模型,确立指挥路径模型优选和再决策规则,通过典型舰炮武器系统指挥流程实例进行分析,其研究方法能够为舰炮指挥流程的优选提供有效的决策方法。For the problem about commanding and controling flow, the two indicators connotation about quality of information transferred and timeliness are analyzied, the effectiveness model is established, the rules of the preferred path and re-directing are established, the example of command process gun weapon system is a nalysied. The method will provide a reference for the optimized design of fire command process of shipborn-gun.
