摘　　要：近年来,就业形势依然严峻,"90后"大学生由于社会和家庭成长环境的特殊性,在就业择业中表现出许多不良的心态,归根结底是其职业价值取向的特殊性。针对"90后"大学生在职业价值取向上表现出来的新特征,有必要进一步加强理想信念教育、职业生涯规划教育以及系统的心理健康教育,进而帮助他们早日树立正确的职业价值观。In recent years,the employment situation is still grim.Post-90 sCollege students show many bad attitudes to choosing a career because of the particularity of their social and family environment.The final analysis is a special occupation of their value orientation.According to the new features of post-90 scollege students in the occupation value orientation,it is necessary to strengthen the ideal faith education,career planning education and the mental health education in order to help them establish the correct values of occupation.
