摘 要:为了满足数控转台出厂前各项性能的检测,通过分析数控转台的性能需求,设计出数控转台工况模拟试验台。数控转台工况模拟试验台利用三个方向的液压油缸实现静态力的模拟加载;利用采集到的载荷谱输入进激振器,实现动态力的模拟加载。数控转台工况模拟试验台能模拟各种工况下的机床加工。有助于对数控转台的各项性能进行在线检测,并能降低试验成本、提高生产效率。该试验台经过实际使用,系统运行可靠,达到了设计要求。In order to meet the various performance test of NC rotary table before delivery, through the anal-ysis of the performance requirement of NC rotary table, designed the working condition of NC rotary table simulation test bench. Working condition of NC rotary table simulation experiment using three directions of the hydraulic oil cylinder to realize the load simulation of static force;Using the collected the load spectrum of input into the vibrator, load simulation of the dynamic force. Various working conditions of machine tool processing can be simulated by working condition of NC rotary table simulation test bed. It is help to on-line detection of various properties of NC rotary table, and reduce test cost, and improve production efficiency. Though actual use, this test bed results show that the system is reliable, has reached the design requirements.
