摘  要:针对丝杠传动系统轴向静刚度,考虑两端固定安装丝杠弹性变形,结合滚珠丝杠国家标准,运用赫兹接触理论,建立了两端固定支撑双螺母预紧滚珠丝杠的轴向静刚度模型。然后对各个参数对模型产生的影响进行了分析。结果表明使用优良性能的新材料,使用先进的热处理技术能够增大丝杠轴向刚度,提高丝杠的综合性能;提高丝杠的生产质量能够减小丝杠几何尺寸误差,提高丝杠轴向刚度;优化丝杠结构参数,适当增大丝杠接触角和导程以及双螺母预紧力能够提高丝杠轴向刚度,提高丝杠精度水平。研究结果能够作为提高丝杠轴向刚度的重要参考,指导丝杠设计制造。Based on axial static rigidity of lead screw transmission system, considering both ends fixed installation screw elastic deformation, combined with the national standard for ball screw, by using the Hertz contact theory, both ends fixed support double nut and tighten the axial static rigidity model of ball screw is set up. Then the impacts of various parameters on the model are analyzed. Results show that the using of excellent property new materials, and the using of advanced heat treatment technology can increase the screw axial stiffness and improve the comprehensive performance of screw; To improve the quality of production of a ball screw can reduce the screw geometry and size error and help improve the screw axial stiffness;To optimize structural parameters of screw, such as to increase screw contact angle, lead and axial preload stiffness of double nut screw appropriately can improve axial stiffness and improve the level of precision of screw. Research results can serve as important reference to improve screw axial stiffness and guide screw design and manufacture.
