摘　　要：通过宏观检查、金相组织观察和拉伸性能测试对锅炉高温过热器15CrMo钢管进行研究,分析其泄漏原因。结果表明,过热器管泄漏的主要原因是下弯头内表面的点状腐蚀。在腐蚀性热疲劳作用下,腐蚀坑附近出现横向裂纹或网状裂纹。The leakage reasons of 15 CrMo superheater tube were studied by observing macrostruacture, microstructure and testing tensile properties. The results show that the main leakage reason of superheater tube is pitting corrosion on the inside surface of the elbow under high temperature. There are transversal cracks or resillages around the corrosion pits due to corrosive thermal fatigue.
