工艺中断对中频烧结钼制品的影响

摘  要:分析了烧结工艺发生突然中断对不同型号中频炉烧结钼制品的影响。结果表明,准450和准650型中频炉在低温、中温和高温三个阶段发生工艺中断,重新执行烧结工艺后未造成钼制品质量缺陷。而准850型中频炉由于装炉量大,在烧结工艺升至1 400℃、发生工艺中断时,由于烧结气氛中水蒸气较多难以及时排出,导致钼制品晶粒异常长大。The effects of sintering process sudden interruption on molybdenum products of different types medium frequency furnace sintering were analyzed. The results show that, after the φ450 and φ650 type of medium frequency furnace interrupted at low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature stages, re-executing the sintering process again don't induce any quality defects of molybdenum products. But after the φ850 type of medium frequency furnace which is with big charging weight interrupted at 1 400 ℃, because more water vapor in sintering atmosphere is difficult to be discharged, makes the molybdenum products abnormal grain growth and the density much lower than the normal level.
