摘　　要：铁型覆砂造型机作为铸造自动化生产线中的核心设备,对其进行技术指标的统一具有十分重要的意义。该标准在广泛收集项目相关产品技术资料、技术分析对比、试验验证等工作的基础上,规范了造型机的规格型号和参数,制订了统一的技术要求、检验方法和规则,从而提升造型机的质量和技术水平,促进了铁型覆砂铸造技术的推广应用。Sand-lined iron mould molding machine as the core equipment of automatic foundry production line, unified the technical indicators has very vital significance. the test verification work basis, the standard gave out the specifications and parameters of molding machine based on the analysis of the standards in the extensive collection of project related products technical information and the technical comparison, the unified technical requirements, test methods and rules were formulate d, so as to enhance the quality and technology level of the molding machine, promote the popularization and application of sand-lined iron mould casting technology.
